Hello
In Barbarossa set up, russian may start with the card "Heroes of the..."
but at this time he just has 1 guard corp (in the ?-4 pool) wich cannot be changed with another one.
so i think "Heroes of the" can only be used to change Cavalry corps untill th russian purchase "USSR Guards inf.corps" card wich is a holding box too.
am i right ?
thanks.
i understand.
thank you for all this work for our futur tite2. 😎
Willy, I spoke of Mobile Forces D, Group 8, primarily. I would like there to be a display that would show the arrival times of all Soviet reinforcements, so as to help with planning. I have made my own. Again, I know it is inconvenient that what is found in 5.5 is not entirely current. Changes have been for better play, and a bit more realism. For TITE 2: At present, the six Tk Corps that appear one per turn after the Early Mech are all Converted (beginning either on Aug 1 or 2, '41) are six 2-1-5 Tank Corps (instead of 2-1-6's or 4-2-4's). Group 4 of Mobile Forces C has six 3-1-6 Tank Corps that Upgrade the 2-1-5's, one per turn, beginning on Oct, '41; and six Cav-Mech Groups that can be Assembled. It costs 1/2 EP to receive these, which is always optional--but who would delay such help. Jan '42, three 3-1-6 Tk Corps arrive in the Force Pool, and three more on April 1. Ignore the Upgrades listed at those times. On July '42, twelve more Tk Corps enter the Soviet Force Pool ( at a cost of 1/2 EP). On Oct '42, 13 Medium 3-6 Mech Corps can be Built/Promoted. Two 8-5 Gds Cav-Mech Groups and six 10-6-6 Tk Armies can also be Assembled. Pay 1/2 EP for this Group of Reins. I was referencing these before. Jan 1, 1943 sees a final seven 3-1-6 Tk Corps arrive in the Force Pool. April 1, 1943, six 12-8-6 Guards Tank Armies arrive. There are a total of 31 3-1-6 Tk Corps and thirteen 3-6 Mech Corps, any of which can be Promoted. 1/2 EP is paid three times, while the rest of the Reins. are free.
"In Autumn of 1942, many Mech Corps arrive in the Force Pool."
you speak about "USSR mobile force C " card ?
"When Promoted, a Gds Mech Corps can team up with a Gds Cav to form an 8-5 Gds Cav-Mech Group"
This time it's because of "USSR mobile force D " card ?
sorry if it's obvious for you.:-)
In Autumn of 1942, many Mech Corps arrive in the Force Pool. When Promoted, a Gds Mech Corps can team up with a Gds Cav to form an 8-5 Gds Cav-Mech Group, which is very good on offense or defense. The Gds Mech sheds a Motorized BG when taking a Step Loss, which can be Improved for .5 EP. The regular Mech Corps are costly to Replace--EP plus FP,
Here is the latest look of the card. To help its value later in the war, a free stuff can get the CAV or Tank on to the map for free.
On June 3, only a Cav can be promoted with Heroes. On July 1, the Russians have the Gds Inf OOB card freely placed into their Hand. Heroes can be used to place a Gds Inf into the Force Pool at this time or later, in addition to the July Promotion.
