Hello,
I don't understand this example.
Why can the Russian establish a OLOC to 9762 from sebatopol and not to 9662, as it seems they do ?
If the 51st Army is supplied at 9762, why wouldn't it be at 9662 or even 9661 ?
But for me :
Sebastopol is a non-projetting supply source, the OLOC can be trace to it from anywhere but only to avoid isolation.
51th army is unsupplied, as all the Crimea is (but not isolated since sebastopol is connected via NLOc to an ultimate supply source).
If an HQ were in Kerch, the 51st army would be supplied, and so would 9662.
Where am i wrong ?
sorry for my english, again, I'm trying to understand all the nuances of this game by asking as few questions as possible.
Thank you for your patience.

thank you ! im not crazy ! 🤓
This is an older image from Vassal before Ken made the small out of supply markers. It is talking about the supply umbrella from Odessa and the shaded hexes having no OLoC back to Odessa. The 51st could be in supply if there is a HQ in Kerch.
You are not wrong.
