Okay have to ask German obb lets say you get your fw190 units and upgrade your ju87 then a month later the ju 87 is withdrawn from play but you have no ju 87 counters left. what happens or is it just no effect etc since the counter to be with drawn is gone? Same thing like with 10-6 armor what happens when its been upgraded to a 12-9-6 and it cannot be withdrawn?
